Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026. Espresso District operates from Florida, United States. This notice describes how Espresso District handles information in connection with espressodistrict.com. For privacy questions, contact espressodistrictusa@gmail.com.

Information from visiting the website

Our hosting provider, Namecheap, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Server access records may include your IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page and response status. These records can be used to operate the service, understand aggregate traffic, diagnose problems and investigate misuse.

Namecheap describes its shared-hosting access records and server statistics in its visitor-information guidance. Its product-specific privacy information explains additional provider practices.

Information you send by email

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, the message and any attachments, together with email delivery information. We use this information to answer questions, investigate corrections, handle business inquiries and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Our public contact inbox uses Gmail. Google processes email and associated information as described in its Privacy Policy. Clicking an email link opens your chosen email application; it is not a website contact-form submission.

Cookies and site features

WordPress uses cookies for login, authentication and administration. These functions are intended for authorized site administrators; the website does not offer public account registration. Browser and security checks provided by the hosting service may also process technical information needed to protect the site.

The current site does not offer public comments, visitor uploads, a newsletter signup, a shopping cart or a checkout. We have not enabled a separate advertising pixel or third-party audience-analytics service as part of this build. If we introduce features that change how personal information is handled, we will update this notice and implement any required choices before using them.

You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or other required functions from working. Browser controls do not remove information already recorded in server logs or messages already sent by email.

External websites and affiliate links

Our guides link to manufacturers, retailers and other sources. When you follow an external link, the destination receives information associated with your visit and applies its own privacy and cookie practices. Your browser may send referring-page information as part of that request.

The current research guides use ordinary source links without affiliate tracking added by Espresso District. If paid links are introduced, the relevant content will disclose the relationship. Affiliate retailers or networks may use identifiers, cookies or similar technologies to attribute qualifying visits and purchases. We will update this notice to identify the programs in use. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Who can receive information

Information is handled by the site operator and service providers needed for hosting, security and email. We may disclose relevant records when required by applicable law, to respond to valid legal process, or to investigate abuse and protect the website and its users. We do not use email inquiries to create a mailing list or sell an email-contact list.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, resolve the matter and maintain records relevant to corrections, business dealings, security or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed. Hosting logs, email systems and backup copies may have separate retention schedules and may not be removed immediately when an active copy is deleted.

We use HTTPS for this website and restrict administrative access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in messages.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about your correspondence, request a correction or request deletion, subject to applicable requirements and necessary recordkeeping. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, including access, objection or restriction of processing and the right to complain to a relevant privacy authority.

Send requests to espressodistrictusa@gmail.com. Explain the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify that the request relates to you; do not send identity documents unless specifically necessary and arranged with us.

International processing

Hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy information explains their international-processing practices. This notice does not promise that information remains within a particular country.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the website’s data practices materially change and revise the date above. For questions about the notice or a data request, use the contact email above.
